Useless Abilties & Aram

I get champions aren't balanced around aram... but for some champions it really sucks getting them on aram. Shyvanna, for example. There are no dragons or neutral buff monsters on ARAM, so its useless. Ivern, too. Then you have like Talon, who his E is basically useless. Or Bard. There are 8 towers and thats all you can jump over. Bard can line his E up to go through part of the edge of map, but it's not intuitive at all I can understand not changing their basic ability, because its an ability, but it'd be nice if the passives could see some aram only tweaks. Like for Shy, a passive that adds 5 armor/mr? That's useless. Ivern has a passive that works on jungle camps only, useless. It'd be nice to get them to have SOME usefulness at least.

Again, I get the game isn't balanced around ARAM but it'd be nice if I got a champion who didn't have a completely useless ability. They could make Shyv's passive scale with unique enemy kills, or over time or whatever. Not sure what they'd do with like, Ivern.... but they could do something I'm sure. One last time before people say it.. I know the game isn't balanced around ARAM or even RGM but for the people who enjoy playing those, it'd be nice to feel like we aren't at an innate disadvantage just for playing a certain champ.
