Can you please stop saying it after every game? It's annoying. Yeah, I understand I had poor behavior and this should serve as a reminder and convince me to be more positive and what not, but my goddddddddd. It makes me want to flame even harder.

I'm fine with not being eligible because I made the mistake to play drunk and be toxic. But they could just as easily display a one time notice when you log in.

I get that it is using that same system but it also doesn't need to be there. While it might encourage a player to be less toxic constantly being reminded, it could also encourage the opposite.

For players that are punished by the Instant Feedback system and work off the punishment, they will still be restricted from earning Hextech chests or keys for a period while the system ensures that they have reformed their behavior. There is no fixed interval here - if you continue to play with sportsmanlike behavior, you'll eventually get back into good standing. We're looking into making a player's status more clear/visible to help avoid this kind of confusion.

It makes no sense, you're merely having a legitimate discussion and offering an honest opinion. That is what angers me most about this community I think--they down vote anyone that disagrees with them, even the potential discussion they are arising is an important one. If it truly is game based, then I have yet to see evidence of this--that does make more sense than a time based interval, but from everything I've experienced, punishments go away after a certain amount of time. This was noticed after my hiatuses on league, but perhaps it was merely a coincidence.

Actually, this post is really great timing of yours- I just earned my first hextech key off my last game. 13 weeks 2 days since the end of my last punishment. Could've been worse, I only had to go, what, a week without them?

USMC81C1 votesThe irony here is that if you know anything about psychology and that's always one of the things the player behavior people seem to like to go on about. You know that these sort of repetitive messages are a negative reinforcement. Though at this point it's hard to even tell if some people can understand the concept that while you can agree and think it is a fine idea that people with punishments got get hextech,etc and also think it's a bad and counter productive idea to constantly shove the situation in said person's face. Riot needs actual work on their positive reinforcement angle because their work so far on that end is woefully nonexistent and it might actually do LoL players some good. They also need to legitimately roll out better guidelines for "reform" for said players because it's a net positive both for Riot and for the player base. They promised it but who knows, maybe it ends up the same way as Solo Queue.

There has to be a better way. Annoyance is not a very good deterrent...just makes people angry.

the Anarchit3cht2 votesI think you're the only troll here. Not everyone who displays toxic behavior is toxic all the time. We're customers too, they have to think about us. I know I've personally spent WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much money on this game. I'm not saying they pander to whoever spends the most money, but our opinions and insight matter just as much as someone else--especially because one or two times being on bad behavior does not inherently make you a bad a or worthless person. I'm over it. I've been deemed "reformed" and I no longer see it. Personally I don't think they even need to mention who gets an S rank at the end of every game--especially if they're not in your premade.
