Jesus fuck, chill out. He's on PBE right now, where literally everything related to numbers from mana costs to cooldowns to base damages to scalings to anything else can all be changed at a whim. He hasn't even been out on the PBE for half a day.

"hurdur his ghouls do damage" Wow, what a very astute observation. The Ghoul health can be changed however and it seems quite low currently. Also they die to one shot against turrets like every other summoned creature.

"hurdur j4 ult" Yeah a J4 ult that takes 2 hits (currently) to destroy, wow, what an incredible wall.

"hurdur percent health" Did you not read what I just said about the numbers being able to be changed however? He hasn't even been out for half a day yet.

That implies you'd have the mana and/or time from a short enough cooldown to use it on every minion to last hit with.

Dude, Yoricks's new Q cool down is 8-6 seconds. Thats a Health Potions worth of healing every 90~ seconds. Nothing major. A ranged minion basic attack can take that away.

I've been theorie crafting some builds. item 3078 item 3025 item 3071 I think he'll get one of these 3, and item 3053 seems really strong on him because his Passive, Q and ultimate scale with total AD

He's supposed to be a juggernaut, so BC, Sterak's, and DMP are probably gonna be core on him. The other three items will be more situational, but I could see Merc treads, trinity, and warmongs/spirit visage being the common build.

Ye, that's the theory, but the code could be different. See Zyra's plants - before they were updated, they were coded as traps, and also what seems/seemed (not sure if this one is still a thing) like plants' AAs is/was actually a DOT effect. The code could be something like this (very simplyfied, I also pretty suck at programming, I just know basics):

Class: Creature -Name: -Class: Minion

-Behavior: /Walking down the lane, attacking enemies/
-Effects:
- -[Banner of Command]: true -Stats

Class: Creature -Name: -Class: Pet

-Behavior: /Controlled by [champion]/
-Effects:
- -[Banner of Command]: false -Stats

See? It could also be coded as the whole new thing, but if it is coded like this, judging by it's behavior it's a minion - they even said they want Yorick to be a minionmancer. Just to show my thought process.

Morde has a leash range on his regular ult, and his Dragon still has a limited lifetime. Yoricks Maiden of the Mist lives untill she gets killed, and has a global leash range. She also spawns ghouls on her own

the ability hasnt been fully finalized. it can be changed/ tweaked. annie has tibbers , sion comes back undead, its all similar

well with the w and e providing cc, and maybe the ghouls can apply on hit effects like from item 3116 he could be an melee ap jungler with strong ganks with his cc and ability to an objective fighter/controller. but then we would have 100 threads on these boards how Yorick and is broken.... oh wait.....

Well they are designing him to fit in the juggernaut class so it's expected he struggle with mobility, however they can keep upping his damage and survivability until he starts performing.

Except Ekko has like 2 slows, a stun, and massive damage in his kit. Sona has a heal/shield, a stun, and insane scaling on her Q. Both of these champs have terrifying tools to back up a speed up slow in order to murder their targets. Yorick has his ghouls and his wall. Most enemies can typically break free of his wall and he doesn't have any other CC to follow up the slow with.

His kit actually looks pretty balanced. His wall isn't bad at all for obvious reasons. (In fact it's almost useless against certain champions) 15% current health sounds like a lot until you realize that BotRK does way more, especially since there's a meaningful CD on it. His ult has a crazy long CD that will only start when the Maiden dies.

The only thing that really concerns me is that he scales magic damage through AD and his MS is relatively high. If his minions benefit from either on-hit or on-spell effects, he'll become scary strong by rushing Mallet or Scepter.
