flat out shouldn't have both passives... it needs to be separated... into two different items.. or the damage reduction needs to be DRASTICALLY lowered
you cant have an item that synergizes with ITSELF like that
15% that it had on release was fine...
and maybe 30% WOULD be ok IF the meta wasn't "1 shot them before they 1 shot you"
but it takes 143% fatal damage to burst someone down through 
the SAD part is on SOME champion that STILL possible.. but on many champions... its not.

wouldn't be an issue if it didn't save you from getting 100/0
if champion did have the damage they do currently (and half the current damage is still MORE than season 4 damage) it wouldn't MATTER because both champions would be alive either way.
but the problem arises when death dance saved a person that would have otherwise DIED from the damage. because now they HAVE an opportunity to not only heal back the damage... but because damage is so high.. they can flat out turn around and kill the person who just blew every spell on them.
and that isn't even taking into account champion that have skill that deal damage based on your missing HP because those champs get even more fucked over because not only does the skill that increased damage the less hp they have, do 30% less damage but because they have probably only have take 5-10% of the previous 30% damage they didn't take yet.. and possible even healed that part off as to not take it at all...
they don't LOSE the hp... so the skill wouldn't even have the same base power to behind with because they weren't as low.
the design isn't something that is acceptable in a meta there people 1 shot each other.
so it either needs to be reduced... or at least not have the SAME item heal them back after they already didn't die from the damage
