How do you deal with reoccuring stealth?

All have stealth, but its only an opener. Once they are out, they are out for a good 10 seconds. They pop up, you have a big window to fight between bursts.

however, have it all the time. ( too, but not as much)

They attack a chunk of your health, then instantly disappear until they choose. They will always get the first strike over and over again, and there is nothing you can do about it. They both also heal on their first strike (Vayne with lifesteal and Akali with passive).

Since you can't see them nor attack them anymore, how do you deal with it?

You wait until they come out of stealth again and keep your CC ready

You can also use your red trinket or a pink ward so you know where to aim your skillshots

Their kits are based around you losing focus on them after they go in because they are not exactly tanks that can deal with being focused. That's fine because they have to get pretty close in order to deal their damage..

pink wards dont work anymore they do not have much counterplay ( Vayne )once they crack stealths

They still show you where the enemy is, like a red trinket would.

Akali, just run. She's a lot weaker outside of her W. Vayne, make sure you're either : not alone (or can soak the damage and fight her), have CC, huge escape, not near a wall. She is sooooooooo squishy, as long as you can CC her in the 2~4 seconds of no stealth. Kha'Zix, stay near ally champions/pets, ally minions, ally towers. He loses most of his dps when his target isn't isolated. Treat him like Vayne, he's really squishy until he gets 3-4 items.

You don't.

Invisibility doesn't really have counterplay anymore.

How can you even say that? Completely denying that control wards and red trinkets exist. Knowing where an enemy is denies almost 100% of its strength. Sure, you can't click on them while they aren't revealed but they aren't in stealth when they deal damage anymore and knowing where they are already gives you more than enough chance to aim for them.
