Will Master Yi's mobility creep ever be resolved?

25% bonus movement speed on his ultimate is considered fast where other champions get same mobility and they have slow and stun at the same time and every time you stop to auto attack you lose movement speed and since YI got no way to stop you this means enemies can just walk away from him
