Give galio better base mr and armor and health
but make q do only 75% damage to minions so he actually fights his laner.Early levels on galio suck alot.

I think you forgot to put kappa at the end.
You should have posted this in memes and games. Galio isnt weak in early. He is ok in early. Concidering how broken his mid to late is with damage reduction cc and a semi global ultimate, why should his early be better? Every champ needs to have a weakness.
