Vladimir Rework Idea
We all know that vladimir is probably the most anti fun champion in the entire game and this is mainly due to the lack of play/counterplay potential in his kit. He has no skillshots, he passively gets tanky for building pure damage, and he has a spammable ranged harass that costs no mana and also heals him.
I was to give him a rework, the first thing i'd change about him is his passive.
new passive:
Life Leech: 35% of the damage vladimir deals with his abilities gets converted into stacks of life leech. the stacks of life leech decay at a rate of 3% of his maximum health, and he gets healed for an amount equal to the number of stacks that decay; but when enemies deal damage to vladimir his stacks become inhibited by an amount equal to 35% of the health he loses. enemies who deal damage to vlaimir are healed for the amount of his life regeneration they inhibit.
i'd also change his Q so that the heal on it is a lot more conditional, and i'd change it so that it gains value as a support skill.
new Q:
Bloodletting: vladimir instantly deals damage to a targeted enemy up to 600 distance units away. the target leaves behind a globe of health for the next 10 seconds that can be picked by any allied champion. allied champions who pick up the health globes are healed and all their cooldowns are reset by 2 seconds.
i'd probably make a few more changes to his kit, but those are the two biggest and most important ones. the end result of these changes is that vladimir now has two conditional heals. he still has insane life leech but enemies can now counter that by going ham on him and stealing back some of the damage he deals to them. while the change to his q means that he has to take a lot more risk in order to get the health sustain from it. and it can also heal his allies.
let me know what you think.
