Neeko has the same issue as Annie which is being predictable.

They are 2 low mobility champions with predictable pattern relying on Flash. I still don't understand who's the low elo player at riot asking them to add a stun bar on annie. Like seriously? I don't see a bar for Riven 3rd Q or Aatrox 3rd Q or any champions with a unpredictable pattern. If neeko hit her E and then Q, she is likely going to walk up to you and press R if she knows it will kill you. If not she will just poke you in lane. I know clarity is important in league but at what cost? Champion winrates? Just give neeko more way of doing damage outside of a predictable pattern, can you maybe look into her W passive maybe?

Obviously you do not understand that there is things that people can do that make a "predictable" champion to be "unpredictable".

For example, using Neeko W in the opposite direction and running up while cloning someone else so you can ulti and they wont suspect till the last minute especially if you sent your clone at them a few times previously. Using Neeko W to check bushes. Using Neeko clone to make the enemy think the jungler is on the other side of the map. Baiting in people by being a low health ally so they charge in and die...... etc. Just a few things that a good Neeko can utilize that obviously you are just concerned about "damage" to understand. Not even including as Support Neeko you can use Relic Shield and transform to a melee champ to use the relic.

Also, Annie's stun lasts until she casts an ability other than her E. Riven's Q and Aatrox's Q and Mordekaiser's Q etc etc etc have a timer on them. If they dont use it, they lose it. Annie can hold onto it for all game if she really so chose. Thats why she has a stun bar.... it also is helpful to the users of Annie.

Now please, before you commentate trying to say your opinions as facts, put some thought behind it. You might be surprised as to what you can come up with.

I'll be straight with my thought about your comment, Annie is a binary character, a simple character with nothing too fancy. What makes annie is her entire kit, giving clarity on a champion that already has clarity gives the opponent a larger advantage than it should be. Annie already has a stacking icons when she use her abilities, annie has an aura around her she she has her stuns up, it is the opponent job to keep track of that or by simply clicking on annie it will show when she gets her stuns up. The bar is simply stupid because now everyone sees her bar and will play 10 times more aggressive if annie has no stuns up or about to get one up. Annie is squishy, short range mages with High risk high rewards. Her kit should not punish her by giving the opponent a more clarity.

What a meaningless, and trivial expression that is nothing but a noob trap. Hiding information in the UI is quite an awful idea especially when it's already available it's just a trivial task.

Attacking a champion even shows how many stacks she has. And to be fair whats soo special about her stun? its a STUN it doesn't need a whole bar to show it. I don't see Kassadin having a stacking bar for his E too. Look at Rengar and Renekton, they get empowered abilities which are much more threatening.

She is a 450 champion that gives new players a taste for a pretty strong, but easy to use burst mage. It is easy to counter in some situations yes, but obviously it isnt all THAT hard to use her in unpredictable ways because otherwise there wouldnt be diamond players still using her effectively.

Person im refering to is Annie Bot.... i do not watch him, nor do i play annie much, so i can not say too much about him or her so i just stuck with what i do know. Such as explaining why Annie has a bar for the stun, and the others do not have a bar for their Qs

predictable is not bad. Not every champion in the game have to be insane unpredictable power houses with insane mobility in order to have 'teh big flash plays'. Having simple kits in the game is great.

The differences between Riven / Aatrox and Annie is that they have limited windows in which to get their abilities through the cycle. Annie has her passive stacks forever, so making you click her champion in order to see if she's sitting on 3 stacks is menial (since you're not always in her lane counting her spells and she casts spells out of vision) and barely an expression of skill except as a trap for a new against Annie player.

EDIT: Also, if you think it's so useful to hide it until you click, why not hide resource bars. It literally makes mages more predicatable if you see their mana, you could provide ubiquitous complexity to all mages by hiding the mana bar until you click them. Same with any resource really. When people see zed is out of energy (which should be hidden in the UI behind clicking them to target), they'll be more aggressive as well.

I could understand if u were comparing Neeko to Lux, because in effect it's the same playstyle of "land cc do major dmg) in a linear playstyle, and since the abilities are true AoE and pass through units it's simplistic... But Neeko doesn't rely on flash to be usefull. She's much more flexible than ANnie
