Seen a few people play it and thought I'd give it a chance. Picked him up, and he was a blast to play, always felt like you could make some sort of "play" somewhere. But is he a real champion I could play in Solo Q to climb the elo ladder, or more of just a fun champion to play?
garRen 3 voteshecarim is good top, but he gets destroyed in some matchups such as any champ with a slow(malph, xin, etc), but his q is great cause its poke and it doesnt trigger minion agro on you so just spam it in your opponents face and watch them take minion agro if they attack you.
Prince Dimsum3 voteshes really strong vs melee champs but i wouldnt pick him vs high harass ranged champs like liss / kennen / vlad.
one of his strong straits is that you can take tp/ignite because of his innate mobility and still survive ganks once your 6. also scales fairly well and strong tp ganks.

Manwad1 votesHecarim's anti melee and scales like a god into mid and late game, with powerful harass via his Q early game.
He loses hard against ranged match ups, but if he gets a gank he can even the odds afterwards.
Narasimha1 votesHe's definetly strong, very hard to push out of lane. The issues he faces are early mana problems, and he will ALWAYS push the lane. You will be ganked a lot.
