What do people have against Teemo?

All joking aside please. What is this problem with teemo that everyone has or follows because its what they see? It's impossible to ever play teemo without someone making remarks, dodging or kicking you if you ever for any reason want to play Teemo. Why? For what purpose is teemo never ever allowed to be anywhere in anyone's game without catching BM for it?

I think i play a pretty good teemo, and ive seen alot of other good teemo from the games hes allowed to be in. He's alot of fun to play and can have a serious impact on the game, and in lane as a lane bully. Now with his changes and buffs hes in an even better spot than he was before.

It's just sad. I love to play teemo--hes alot of fun but ever trying to do it is like pulling teeth...

EDIT: I should specify i mean people playing WITH teemo. I understand hes annoying and nightmarish to play against. But in that sense you would assume people wouldn't mind having him on THEIR team in that regard, yet i get kicked or dodged by people telling me "Never play teemo again fgt" or "You're scum for playing teemo" or "You can play with us when you pick a real champion retard" I mean... I like to play teemo, i WANT to play teemo, but getting into a nice untrolly game with him is unnaturally difficult for seemingly no REAL reason.

People remember the old days of Teemo, and they don't know how to let go. His super shroom build is weaker than ever, and not everyone is adjusting properly.

The combination of those bad memories along with many Teemo players playing poorly gives Teemo a bad reputation at this time. Just keep at it, you'll do fine.

He is one of the few champions who does not have to put very much effort into fighting to have a HUGE presence in the game. His shrooms are extremely good, they give vision and AOE slow, he can place them in very advantageous ways for his team. Then when you actually do manage to get near him while he is low (with his massive movespeed buff), he blinds you and runs away scott free

because when a full AP teemo plants tons of shrooms in the river/inhibitor area, and your carry gets put down to half health when he hits one, and you have to go back or risk fighting half health, its quite annoying.

that and he has one of the few blinds in the game which is quite annoying for ADC's.

overall, id say hes quite annoying.

Teemo isn't OP, he is just a pain to play against. The ambushes, shrooms, and move speed make him problematic for most players.

If you're anything like me, you will lose lane as Teemo 70+% of the time and win a decent number of games by stalling the game until everyone is full build by laying a minefield down in front of turrets.

the thing is i DONT. My personal record at this particular time with teemo is certainly more positive than negative.

Temmo is the champion that tells the enemy team for everybody to buy a fucking sweeping lens or be forced to feel the wraith of penetration temmo.

I think the reason is that people don't understand how valuable he can be such as level 1 ganking a lane with stealth. most people think in order to be good you have to have leesin mechanics and playing any sort of annie champion is for noobs when it isn't. he is an amazing champion and with small unit size he can dodge many skill shots. people just look at it from their point of view and not computer mind view. he can have 11 wards down at once good luck ganking top lane :3 stupid 1.5 second duration screws up my fights with jax at times haha

Because he's an underloaded one-trick pony who's sole gimmick is to stomp traditional toplaners early game. After that, he's completely useless.

So asides from what people have mentioned about playing against teemo (and honestly, he needs a rework so badly.) some things playing with a teemo:

He's fairly squishy and with his short auto attack range, and can't contribute much to a teamfight other than a click blind mini nuke. Most fights can end up being a 4v5 because of this. Plenty of other champions can do just as crippling CC, deal some threatening damage, and soak up damage in turn (and no carry wants a bruiser/tank in their face except Graves to an extent.)

Can't really say why people would be absolutely irritated with him because other than the reason above and hate memes, he's still very annoying to play against (especially when you split push as teemo.)
