On practice tool...this seems really annoyingly strong

So much CDR....but wait. this translates to +100 AP with Transcendence rune. Add on Gathering storm for more AP later. Add on all the mana for a huge bonus to staff AP. Was getting 500+ AP with this very tanky build and zilean isn't really known for being easy to catch in the first place. Put on ultimate hat and his ultimate is on a 30 second CD. GL killing him.

EDIT: ...oh god...what if this was on ryze? .....gonna try now.
