Mataka Tek1 votes completely negates Malzhar's ult including the damage from the suppress. It is champion breaking, and anyone in the higher ELO knows it.
That is why Malzahar is useless once you get to Gold/Diamond/Plat etc...
If I were a challenger who was planning on using Malzahar, I would be trying to figure out why this bug is still allowed to exist. its supposed to remove CC... not effect damage.
