remake needs to give the team without the afk a flat amount of lp gain, as in mid diamond or higher q times are already long enough. and then to get into a game thats remade after 3 mins, with finding the game, lobby and loading time together has to be 10-15 mins of wasted time.

doesn't need to be much just like 5 lp. something so its not an utter waste.
