It's like Ziggs bot with her ult. for taking objectives and there was a Korean player with 65% winrate in Diamond 1 playing her. I forgot the details.

Annie is already used as a Support sometimes. The reasons people use Ziggs as an APC are his range, which Annie doesn't have, and his huge tower damage, which Annie also doesn't have.

she used to for a long while until they nerfed her attack range same as kennen. I prefer tank annie with that 40% damage reduction 9u9
I like to veigar bot too. Two core items are Lichbane and Rabbadons. Towers, and players, will fall before you.
