The biggest trick I can give you against her is to stay away from your minions. Pick someone who outranges her, possibly, though not necessarily, with cc, and position yourself so she can't hit both you and your minions with her W. This will do one of 2 things. First off, it will make it so she has to choose to W Q you without jumping back to the W or to W Q the wave. If she dashes at you, you see her coming and, say, throw a Xerath E at her and then as soon as she hits you, she's stunned and you throw all your burst at her and potentially outrade her. If she dashes at you and immediately goes back without shooting a Q at you, she can't use her Q on minions and have it spread to you (something I do every time I play her if my opponents are dumb enough to stand next to their minions), and she shouldn't be able to Q you because of its relatively short range. As for the chains, practice dodging them. I know they're obnoxious to dodge, but they're actually pretty thin and slow moving, so you can just take a step to the side instead of running in the opposite direction of her to dodge them if she throws them from any real distance.
