What's the point of having a mana bar if you don't have mana issue?
Most of the AD champions, that use mana as a ressource doesn't have mana issue,
but before we continue further most of you guys will complain that mages don't have mana issues.
Mages have items that give mana and mana regen,
those items are meant to resolve mana issues.
but champions that build full AD with 0 mana items or mana regen items and spam their spells with no punishment is kinda unfair. Jayce, Urgot are very strong champions but they have mana issues that force them to play passive. I would love that those champion could spam over and over their spells but are forced to play passively thinking twice before using their mana to wave clears, go for kills or other stuff.
Fiora for exemple can Last hit with Q, Harrass with Q, waveclear with Q, Escape with Q. Some of the AD champions have abilities with no cost, which means even if they have 0 mana they still have something to spam such as lucian E at rank 5 for exemple.
