Right now a lot of the gameplay experience is, 'Huh, X-champion got 3 kills? GUESS YOU LOSE.'
You're powerless. You're literally powerless. 'IF' they get kills is not good enough counterplay. 4 times out of 5 they're not in your lane and you're just going to get obliterated with no option to play around them.

Is this your first Season transition? it was like this in the last season as well. It didnt take them until a while into the season to fix issues then they just broke things again later into the season.
