Taliyah nerfs overboard?

With the taliyah nerfs on pbe : Taliyah Mana growth lowered to 50 from 60 Base Mana regen lowered to 1.2 from 1.4 Mana regen growth lowered to .16 from .17 Threaded Volley (Q) no longer deals 50% extra damage to minions. Unraveled Earth (E) trap damage lowered to 80/100/120/140/160 from 80/105/130/155/180

I feel like this honestly is going to ruin taliyah...Shes going to go from strong to VERY weak she'll lack waveclear quite a bit she'll go oom after 2-3 combos and it'll take 2-3 combos to kill her opponent. And you can only kill your opponent if you hit all of your w's in lane. I honestly think this is going way to far nerfing her ability to shove her damage and her mana its just too much.

Yeah. Ruined. It was only a matter of time. Riot doesn't understand what balance means. It's either nerf it to the ground or make it the strongest thing possible. Look at Yorick's rework :)

What made Taliyah amazing was her roaming ability. She roamed like a queen. She can't even push wave anymore to go roaming. She can practically never leave lane now.
