@ Riot: Question about the removal of boot enchantments

Since you intend to remove boot enchantments, do you have any intentions or ideas for putting some of them on new items?

Distortion and Captain in particular seem like things that would work well on stand alone items, perhaps some kind of support item with movespeed, armor and mana regen with a passive that gives 5% increased movespeed to allies moving towards you and an active to boost it to 15% for a few seconds.
