Riot please provide more ways how to obtain hextech chest

I am OTP player and thorought of the season I was getting a lot of keys but not so much of chests. Currently I sit on 18 extra keys. It feels like I can never get rid of the keys especially when even though I got 2 gemstones the chest they contained had its own key :).

Please add some new ways how to spend the extra keys or how to obtain more chests.

I propose these changes:

1. Let us exchange 1 gemstone for 2 "mundane" hextech chests without keys.
2. In events reward selection, please add "mundane" hextech chests for lower ammount of points than required for masterwork chest.
