Warning pop-up when banning teammate's intended picks

Pre-select Smite for the jungler

These both seem extremely trivial but are capable of eliminating a lot of frustration. I just accidentally "jgd" without Smite and found myself both unable to clear and underleveled. It should at least default to Smite for junglers.
