Perfect Hex Core, Not Perfect Enough

In its ultimate form it provides 168 AP While a fully stacked Mejai's provides 180 AP

Thus Mejai is more perfect than Hex Core!

Suggestion, Increase Perfect Hex Core from 6 AP per level + 60 AP to 7 AP per level + 70 AP

Thus increasing it from 168 to 196 AP

196 of course being a perfect number as well, since everyone knows that 196 / 7 =28 | (28 - 7) / 7 = 3

aka... 777! or 3 7's aka perfection due it being the Mk-3 Perfect Hex Core!

Oh as far as balancing Viktor goes, the added 28 AP will increase his abilities by... Q - 5.6, 14 on the discharge E - 20, 28 if hit by both R - 55 if full ult hits

Not really huge increases

It doesn't lose AP when you die so the comparison is really off. Presently it's a very gold efficient item that comes with upgrades to your abilities. It doesn't need a buff.

Gold Efficient? Sure If increasing AP affects his abilities and makes him OP, reduce them slightly

Having the Strongest AP item in the game tho? That is perfection

Mejai's is better assuming you get what, 7 kills and an assist without dying at the very least?

Viktor already has the highest permanent AP item in the game, and it provides mana, and it upgrades all of his abilities. Wanting it to surpass the Ap snowball item that requires 7+ kills to get when all it does is cost 3k gold is stupid.
