Could Windspeakers Blessing And Ardent Censer Also Apply On The Caster In The Future?

Basically the title. I think it's kinda sad that the armor/mr buff from windspeakers and attack speed buff from Ardent Censer cannot apply on the caster. I don't think there could be any abuse potential in future, once the new mastery courage of the colossus hits the live servers. Harder cc champs like Vi and Naut who already have shields in their kits would probably rather take that mastery over Windspeakers, and with the new masteries that give additional armor and magic resist, I think that windspeakers kind of lost it's charm. And if that might happen in future, maybe Ardent Censer could recieve that buff as well, to apply on the caster rather than just only allies.
