Miss Fortune is broken.

Miss Fortune is a braindead champ that's strong at all stages of the game and while there is counterplay to her ult, mid/late game it literally 1 shots everything in 2 seconds with the armor pen build. It's pretty ridiculous and her ult needs a little toning down.

lol. She plays similarly to Jhin in how she builds, but she's shorter range and just as easy to dive on. Really?

Riot doesn't have any plans to nerf her until the changes to YoMama's Ghostblade and Duskblade go live. Wanna see how that impacts her first.
