why dont we make it where we earn "tickets" for each ranked gamemode we play that gets gold or higher and unlock our favorite victorious champ skins using these tickets because there are over 130+ champs now.

I dont know how long it would take to wait for a victorious skin for every champ but I can wait a whole year with no changes or champs until then.
