Revert tailyah

I dont see why you guys are nerfing her just because of jungle.

This goes against so many of leagues morals and crossing the line into the lulu problem. the problem lulu had was she was healthy bot lane but opressive mid. Tailyah is opressive jungle but pretty shit mid .If you want her back in mid give her aoe q but make her e and w do less dmg to minions.There had to be an easier solution then just removing aoe q and being content with her being a jungler.
