Yo rito, I am diamond elo player and I think Master Yi could some use some buffs. He goes out of mana pretty soon, maybe reduce the mana cost of Alpha strike or Highlander or both. His W also doesn't scale that great, maybe improve it a little.

I think it's possible as long as he wins like every single match he was put into.
But yeah judging by his personality I don't think that's possible for him, but we shouldn't judge a book by its cover he is maybe a true master in games, nobody knows.
