Actually, as a Riven main, (yes, I know, bronze riven main whoopty doo) I don't really want her buffed. She feels balanced right now, her damage output is really only insane if you can get your animation cancel (It adds about 75% of her damage) Furthermore, if she's buffed, she'll be banned more often and picked first, making it way too difficult for me to get my favorite champion.

her abilities are multiplied by AD so that extra 120 isn't just 120...and yes it's a big deal if you see no problem then you aren't looking or are lee sin.

idk why anyone says lategame when it's literally every rank has a huge buff to it
at rank 1 it's a 20 min - 60 max damage increase
at rank 2 it's a 30 min - 190 max damage increase
at rank 3 it's a 40 min - 120 max damage increase
the biggest change is actually going to be at her level 11 where she does up to 190 more than before * the 180% bonus attack damage ratio + missing health bonus, you're basically going to be able to rush into against any opponent, hit R, land the stun, auto once or twice, hit R again and get the kill, it's going to be even more mindless than garen engages, and stronger too, good thing we have riot here to make these important changes

it is early levels...at level 6 her combo with ult can already do upwards of 1000 damage in 3 seconds or less...now we're just adding 20-60 more damage * 180% bonus AD...which at that level is maybe 1.8 * 45 or so = 80-140 more when all is said and done...when your champion has like 800-900 health at this point, it makes a difference, that is literally allowing Riven to kill you the same way she used to with ignite, but while being able to run TP now...LOL
at 11 this increase is monstrous, doing 30-190 more * bonus ad of most likely 100 or more at this point, so +180 or more on both ends...that's an additional 210-370 just from hitting R a second time while they're stunned or running away...
late game she is already getting pentas when flash is up if she lands a good stun, so why bother doing the math, an extra 400ish or so doesn't matter when she's overkilling you by 500 damage at least...
