This champion is disgusting. He just places his turrets and zones you off everything. No melee can do shit vs him. Some of the ranged even strugle-hence Heimer bot. Is it so ahrd for his q to have a 100 mana cost. He palces 3 towers and he is fucked. You destroy them he is pushed. Of course later he buys mana and starts his regular bullshit but at least he will have a very weak early game. The damge is not the problem, the fact that he never runs out of mana is.
Like I always say, Heimerdinger is the most poorly designed champion in the game. He's a ranged top that takes away ALL of your agency. You can't harm him because of his turrets & range, you can't roam because he has you shoved in 24/7, and your jungler can't gank because of his turrets. Either you can easily destroy his turrets AND make him useless, or you suffer until your stats are high enough to face-tank them and smash his face in. Point is, he's deceivingly binary.

52% winrate in every lane he plays, with only jungle being negative but that's not too relevant.
I mean if a mage can Top, Mid, Bot, AND Support efficiently and oppressively then I'd imagine it get nerfs, especially when being so easy to play, but nah.
Heim should get the Akali treatment TBH. Nerfbat right to his kneecaps.
Heimerdinger is a lane bully with too many safety nets. He lives and dies by his turrets. No one likes to play him, and no one likes to play against him. Renekton at least has a counter. Let him use his Fury, and always look to extend the trade.
Heimerdinger leaves little room for counterplay. By the time you destroy a turret, he's just going to lay another one down.
Heime is the obvious example of riot taking a s**t on melee champs. He showed up on bot back in the day and they started pushing him more and more with absolutely no regard for top. And this is the end result, he was fixed back in the day but just because botlaners play it, it has to stay. What worked in the past had to be ruined today for the better of botlane. The message is load and clear at this point, we just have to listen: "GO AWAY TOPLANE PLAYERS, GO AWAY MELEE PLAYERS, WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE"
