No Loading screen appears

Ok. Two times in ranked solo q and once in TFT I have had the instance where I get into a game but the loading screen never appears. You know how when you play there are 2 LoL's-one is the client with the chat and all(if you are in a game it says game still in progress and the other one is the actual game. Well that actual game never appeared in my instance on 2 occasions in ranked solo q. First time I was to play Mordekaiser and the second time Darius. As a result of this and the suspiciosly high number of bad players I have been getting recently i have said quiters to ranked solo q. I do not rant about teammates and in fact I had been getting normal people-even got to g2 90 lp. Since that moment I have been getting idiots and now these actual middle finger from Rito. Twice I am "the leaver" because of Riot's loading screen never showing up. On the bright side I will finally get that gold ranking in the Twisted treeline so I can get the second chroma for the future victorious skin. There is no such loading screen issue in the Treeline. I emailed a Riot support and all they could suggest is to install the hextech repair tool and that they are sorry for what happened. Obviously I will not be compensated in anyway. Furthermore, I suspect that if I play soloq this will happen again until I am forced to climb from silver 1 again. I am opening this thread to seek help from you guys-maybe someone ahs experinced something like this. This is importnat because even though I am quiting solo q until next season( I have gold rank anyway even though it's Gold 4 after the big demotion from Gold 2 and that is enough for the skin). I want to be prepared if something like this ever happens, because I have had instances where crashes do occur and sometimes I feel like with a bit more knowledge I could have fixed the problem and gone back into game.
