I love that warm feeling you get when your support says
"I got autofilled who wants to switch."
I'd rather not know that you were autofilled and do bad / than know that you were autofilled and do okay.

I want to know tbh, cause at least you know to expect nothing from them and play accordingly... in fact, do that with your teammates and you won't ever be disappointed, HEYYY There's and idea for you.
You don't have to go by the meta when you're playing in bronze, tell him to go ADC if he wants and farm jungle creeps in his free time once your lane is taken. That's what I do as Ryze support, and guess what, it works perfectly! I even get a kill every once in a while because Ryze is OP. (But he's not dumb op like Master Yi, who can Penta kill by pressing q).
