Riot can we talk about Soraka?

Her winrate has definitely dropped in the preseason despite Sona's going up, so it's not an enchanter thing. She's not terrible, but I have to wonder if this was intentional or not. I think part of the problem is that damage is up in the preseason and she's got the double-wammy of being squishy and losing life to heal.

I think with all the changes, it's gotten a lot easier to blow her up and a lot harder for soraka mains to keep up because they aren't really DDs themselves and there aren't many options for defense anymore.
