I know Riot doesn't like but I was thinking about low priority queues. Why don't they make that the typical punishment for everything that is reportable. If you feed: low priority queue.

You know they did a Dev blog on this topic? Basically to summarize that blog (because I don't want to be that asshole that just posts a link without answering the question),

I don't know. Sounds like bullshit. You would have to have a record of how fast the troll population grows in relation to the decline of negative behavior. Since they claim that only one percent of the community is toxic, and they consider toxic to be behavioral vs game play behavior, trolls could be 5%. That is a ghastly number. But you never get to see their numbers i suppose. I can tell you this, no one seems scared to troll a ranked game so its not working. If the rate of exchange is one to one... surrounding bad with good is also not working on whole. You don't want to stay constant at stage 3 cancer.

Excluding cases of scripting/cheating, Riot does not punish for one game. Hell, Riot doesn't even punish for 1 out of every 10 games. Riot errs on the side of caution with their punishments, only punishing when they're absolutely sure that an offense occurred, and as long as they do so there won't be any reason to not troll that game.

I guess their threshold is way way WAY lower than mine. But I am playing to game and they are milking it.

I can guarantee you that if Riot's threshold were as low as you say it should be, you would have gotten multiple punishments by now, because everyone has bad days, and sometimes people report people falsely.

I think I have seen people troll 3 games in a row. I have seen people feed several games in a row (based on their match history). If you troll 4 games out of 20 you get the hammer. It records the last 20, use that as a reference. As it stands now they take all your games into account. That means someone with 1000 games is untouchable.
