In-Game Lesser-Masteries Indicators

There are several lesser-Masteries now that have cooldowns or stacks, it would be nice if some of the more important ones got indicators (such as Bounty Hunter telling you how many unique champions you've killed or Siegemaster telling you when you're in range of a tower). Small things like this help players so much when they know which masteries are in use or if they are on cooldown.
