Does Riot play this game with anyone else?

Here is your daily dose of hypernatremia. Does riot play the "How hard can you carry" game with anyone else. Like I will play really well one game with my mates because they know what to do and what not to do. Basically I just need them not to feed. So I'll get an s or s+ and the game was good. Then the next game riot digs out the worst possible team for me and is like can you carry this? I'm not by any means saying I am an amazing player, but when I am losing lane, or die once because the player is being camped or whatever, I wait and farm and make sure not to die again. I wait till I have items, wait for jungler, or wait for team fights and farm as safe as possible. But that isn't what I get teamed with, here are just some examples of what I deal with:

My team is right next to the dragon, infernal, and I had died and killed 3 people. The other two where top farming. I am pinging to them to kill it before the other team comes back, but instead they, all four of them, head from bot lane to top lane to kill the large deposit of minions for gold even though it isn't even close to our tower, is not warded, will cost us an enormous buff, and will do nothing for us. In short they go top and all die.

Or this one time Riot put me with 4 gold players and I though, good players yay. They fed 2/8 in 5 minutes. While in a team fight of 3v2 I engaged because I had the kills and items to win, my two gold players run around the fight watching me until I die then run away, then come back and die because why not. Even though If they had done anything we would have won. That same game Top fed and jungler fed my laner. I was 5/1 to start and I ended up feeding too because at that point I couldn't do anything with 11:32 kills for the teams.

Then one time I played a game where bottom trolled and picked swain support. They went 1/4 and 1/4 in 5 minutes. Fed the enemy jungler and bot lane. Then they proceed to 2v3, dive the enemy tower, and die again. Jungler only ganked bot and fed as well. Then top started to feed. We won one team fight and instead of going for dragon, went for a 4v3 and all died.

I can go on and on because I have had this happen so often. Nearly every game i lost I was ahead in my lane and someone else feeds super hard. Not like 1 death or 2, but like 5 or 6 in 8 minutes. Does this happen to anyone else? Feel free to share a story.
