Why did you add the slow on Blitzcrank's W but not add slows to every other champion that also has a movement speed buff?

Draven. Garen Q. Karma. Oh my god karma... Kayle. Rammus. -.- Sona. Twitch. ZILEAN.

Now, let it be known that I'm not salty about this, this is just a serious observation. Blitzcrank has always had a good kit and I understand why Riot put a slow effect on his W.

Now, GIVEN SAID ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, I don't care if he is op or not.

"Blitzcrank uses his W to speed into good positions too frequently, not allowing the enemy enough time to react." Bull shit. Kayle is OP, so is Rammus, Zilean, etc.

Everyone should get the same treatment if this is going to be a thing to keep Blitz "balanced".

The main reason is that no one else you've suggested can grab someone away from their team at 900 range and drag them into a world of CC. A Blitz pull at the right time is death in a way that none of the rest of those characters can manage as quickly (and with as much safety) as Blitzcrank can.

used to be that blitz could just almost chain it back to back when at max rank and you could not escape him, sure janna is the same for the most part but she does not do the same amount of damage blitz does

also blitz was here longer then most of the other op moving champs and they never reverted it, i feel like in the long run they will remove that from blitz

We could argue on ...

Why bliz gets bonus AS and MS while the other not? Why bliz gets instantanously and for the whole duration the max of his bonus while in some case the MS ramp-up or decay overtime?

All I'm implying is that Blitzcrank is the only champion that has had his speeding system changed to where there is a decay and/or slow applied to it as an after-effect. Look at Karma for instance. She can do it better and with her ult to speed the whole team while applying a shield. That doesn't have a slow or anything and can be abused every 6-7 seconds.
