Epic simple suggestion: Trinket Timers

That's literally it. You'll never have to type "ward on cd" again. Put the icon of the trinket each player has in their trinket slot to the right of their "Ultimate Ready/Not ready" icon and put a cooldown timer over it to be displayed the same way. This reduces typing and lets teammates communicate more information with one another without needing to use chat.
