So it can actually have a reason to be picked (other than the AS boost / magic damage auto)
and Can we let ourselves (the support) get the buff (shields ONLY not for the heals) too just as Zeke's lets us get the buff?

MisterShameless2 votesAfter much discussion in the r/championmains (discord) support channel, we concluded to giving Ardent Censer's passive should be buffed instead of giving it more ap. This will help it out in the long run and will be not be abused in other roles.
The passive should follow as: 30 (+0.4 ap ration) magic damage + 15% attack speed (+1% attack speed 100ap ration)
The base stats be will unappealing to other lanes as the low stats will put them behind. The average support build will range over 200 ap. The new passive will give around over 130 damage total in magic damage and 17% attack speed.
Buffing the passive over the ap will help it more in the long run as mentioned at the start.
Harvester OS1 votesArdent Censor is one of those items where it really only benefits the support. Even giving it 80 AP you wouldn't ever see it on a mid mage if hey can get Morellos which is more beneficial to them. I still wouldn't want the user to get the buff because then it might be abused outside of the support role (granted there won't be many that could Xin, but let's not risk it). It's an amazing support item and I'd love to see it buffed.
Abyssphere1 votesI don't think the advantage of making it work on yourself is big enough to be worth more than just adding some more AP to the item. I know that as a Sona I would probably rather just get +10 AP than have the buff work on myself, especially as Riot won't have to worry about people like Kayle and Lulu using it in that case. The passive is very strong as it is, I think the stats are just not really there.
