Major QoL Buff
Ok so, can we just make it so we can see enemies health on our screen?
Only of course when they are in vision.
When they leave vision, it would go gray.
I like playing 
top,but the reason I don't is because as a solo que player, it is SO MUCH WORK trying to SEE when and where to ult.
Like as I am farming, I can glance at my mini map, but without seeing the enemy health, you really have no idea weather its a good time to ult.
So I feel like I want to actually click on bot lane, or mid, and survey the situation.
But you also have to look at your own lane, to farm, and trade.
So to be a good Shen, I feel like I should be moving my screen ALL GAME, and who actually wants to play like that?
I think one reason Shen is so good in pro play, is simply because they have a coach, and TOP NOTCH communication.
The poor Shen player can actually look at his own lane, and just KNOW that if he is needed, someone will tell him.
If this was added, it would not be any NEW information.
It would be the same information currently available to you.
It would just make it so if you want to know the enemy bot lanes health, you don't HAVE to move your screen, and look for yourself.
