I don't think he's over the top, but when he gets

he is doing damage as if he was fully built.
I've witnessed first hand the Yasuo in my team afk the whole game and carry with these 2 items and help us make a comeback. (not complaining though)
Is there a way riot can do something about this?

Reset2132 votesI have, He's easy to go against in lane and basically you can dodge his ult if you're fast.
The problem is when he get's into a team fight or ganks and get's a double kill, he's hard to stop the rest of the game.

Only way he get's me if in close combat and he builds it up, because I'm fighting him.

Brain Errör 4043 votesI don't know why you're getting downvoted. Even I have been having trouble doing relatively well with Yasuo. He's not as steam rolly as he was last season. Especially with all of these strong ass bruisers and tanks coming back in the meta. Yasuo may be called a tank "shredder" but his bases are so low he gets utterly spanked top lane with most people up there early game. Normally, by the time he has his items and trying to make a comeback, games are typically over.
Mid lane, people just now camp the fawk out of Yasuo. He isn't even worth the ban anymore. I normally just pick Nasus for free stacks whenever I see a Yasuo too. :P

I mean the only yasuo players doing well are the "mains". to get above a 50% winrate you have to play him for more than 125 games.... If you play him any less than that you'll get less. http://champion.gg/champion/yasuo has a 46-48% winrate until you get 50 games on him, then goes up to 50.5% for 50-125 games. In plat +.
