blade of the rune king got a 200 gold decrease, so you guys decide to cut his AD growth on top of lowering his attack speed growth?

ezreal's damage just keep getting lowered and lowered and then people want to bitch at the character "for doing no damage"

i hope everyone who complains about ezreal gets stuck with a shit tier Ezreal who has no idea what they are doing until the end of time. People keep crying for nerfs and wonder why he does no damage.

V8.2 Mystic Shot Mystic Shot Base damage reduced to 15 / 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 from 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115.

because it didn't get reverted and hes been facing nothing but nerfs since he was nerfed for kleptomancy.

the nerf didn't get reverted nor was he compensated for it. do you think nerfs just magically go away?

It didn't get reverted because he was fucking broken even when kleptomancy got nerfed if klepto was nerfed into oblivion ezreal would have taken something else but he keeps abusing the shit out of klepto because the run is still obnoxious

and then let me enlighten you about why ezreal got nerfed again BECAUSE HE WAS TOP TIER is this a good answer? or you prefer me to tell you about how he had 52% win rate and 40% pick rate/50% ban rate? ezreal even reached 60% pick rate in korea for one day because of hos stupid he was

you want me to be honnest with you? those nerfs are not enough a champion dominant like ezreal needsd way more to be balanced

I... don;t think that was the reasoning given at all. They nerfed crit ADCs and reduced early sustain, both of which were buffs to EZ by proxxy.

And since he was already one of the top two ADs... yeah.

His passive gives him attack speed, and critical strike synergizes with attack speed. There is no champ in the game that was better on. It was core on Varus and Aatrox and they weren't scaling with critical strikes.

You're joking right? Aatrox doesm't evem build ER, amd he still wouldn't considerimg it gives mana now. Meanwhile new ER's passive is disfunctioming with Ezreal's play style. He's not Vayne to ult 1st and then jump in like a dumb bronze adc main.

Ezreal Ez is another non-crit marksman who was already prevalent leading up to 8.11 and is now over the line. (In his case, he actually got a direct buff via Blade of the Ruined King.) ATTACK DAMAGE GROWTH 3.11 ⇒ 2.5 PASSIVE - RISING SPELL FORCE ATTACK SPEED 10/12/14% per stack ⇒ 10% per stack at all levels

OK, so hes a non-crit marksman who was already good prior to crit getting nerfed. My mistake, BotRK was included. But its hardly the only reason.

20 damage off his Q at lvl 1 again holy shit, that ability basically does no damage now lol. Pretty much the only viable ezreal build is gonna be going full ap with max W and E only.
