Owltears1 votesI hope so but I think due to people used to play him top instead of midlane they kinda left it be. I know he currently is used as a support a lot in most games I've seen him in.
Jack Rakan1 votesThey can't really do much to heimer without making him broken or useless right now. Its already dificult to lane against heimer because of the overwhelming protection his turrets give him. you either need to burst him outright, or be able to survive/outmaneuver the turret fire.

As other champions get looked at and adjusted heimerdinger might fit back in without even being bufed or nerfed.
