Ezreal:

Rising Spell Force: Now gives you also 10% Cooldown Reduction per stack. Also, your Cooldown Reduction cap is increased to 50% (+10% per Trueshot Barrage rank).

Mystic Shot: - Cooldown reduced to 4 seconds at all ranks from 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds.

  • Now can crit, dealing bonus damage equal to 30% of your Total AD.
  • When Mystic Shot crits, your spells' cooldown are reduced by 2 seconds instead of 1 when it hits an enemy unit.

Essence Flux: - Now leaves a trail of spell energy after it travels to max range for 6 seconds. Any allied champion who passes through this trail of energy gains bonus movement speed and are healed for 50% of Ezreal's AP and Bonus AD.

Arcane Shift: - Cooldown reduced to 10 seconds at all ranks from 19/17/15/13/11 seconds.

  • Mana cost reduced to 90/80/70/60/50.
  • Each subsequent Arcane Shift between 15 seconds increase the mana cost and the base damage of the spell by 20%, stacking up to 5 times.

Trueshot Barrage: - New Passive: Cooldown Reduction cap increases to 60/70/80%

  • Damage no longer fall-offs upon hitting units.
  • Each champion hit heals Ezreal for 15% of the damage dealt, for a maximum of 45%.

Challenge accepted. Zilean ** Passive: Heightened Learning:** Zilean grants 12% bonus experience to every ally. And casting an ability on an ally lowers their ability cooldowns by 2 seconds.

Can only happen every 8 seconds per target. Wait, CertainlyT level change. Ignore this part.


Q: Time Bomb: Now works on a charge system. Can store up to 3 bombs at once, and gaining a new charge every 8 seconds. Stun remains the same way. Also double bombs deal % max health true damage. Cause why not?

Rewind bonus: Stunning an enemy with the double bomb stacking now instantly refreshes one bomb charge.


W: Rewind: Instantly lowers the cooldown on his abilities. Rank one starts at 10 seconds, and with each rank adds another 5 seconds. Also works on chronoshift. And upon casting rewind, Zilean's next ability will have a bonus effect.

Passive: Zilean passively grants 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10% cooldown reduction to nearby allies.


Time Warp: Duration increased to 4 seconds. And casting Time warp on an ally will also apply the buff to Zilean.

Rewind Bonus: Immobilizes enemies if you double cast Time warp on them. If double cast on an ally, removes all CC on them.


Chronoshift: Can now be cast on enemies. If the enemy dies while chronoshift is on them. Their death timer is increased by 15 / 30 / 45%

At first I had a little fun thinking about it, then I probably started to get carried away.

Caitlyn So what do we think of when we think of Cait? For most, a few things come to mind, sheriff, marksman, lane bully. With that in mind, we set out to buff Caitlyns early lane presence, while also giving some slight tweaks to her late game scaling.

The mana cap and new passive interaction on her Q will keep her in that lane bullying role we all know and love her for, with the rank 5 passive unlock keeping her Q relevant in the late game. On a similar note, her W now 'seizing' gold from villianous champions will also go towards her existing early game strength and has overall been tweaked to be more in line with recent champion buffs. As some compensation for this, the reduction in her early E dash will make her more vulnerable to mobile champion opponents until she can gain some bonus AD and level up to regain her dash. Finally, after some consulting with the lore team, we felt that the cosmetic buffs we coded weren't really doing much for the time we put into them. We think the new Ace in the Hole will encourage some much lacking themed play between Vi, Caitlyn and Jinx.

Overall, we think these changes to everyones favourite sheriff will really... hit the mark.

**Passive: Headshot: **Piltover Peacemaker now ignores 50% bonus armour on all targets when cast while headshot buff is ready.

Q: Piltover Peacemaker:

  • Mana cost now 50 at all ranks instead of 50/60/70/80/90
  • New passive: Armour Piercing: At rank 5 Piltover Peacemaker gains Armour Piercing and now deals full damage to all targets hit. In addition, Ace in the Hole is no longer blocked by enemy champions, instead passing through all champions hit and dealing 10% less damage for each enemy champion hit (min 90%).

W: Yordle Snap Trap:

  • now deals 1/2/3/4/5% max health true damage instantly instead of 80/130/180/230/280 magic damage over 1.5s.
  • damage now scales with 20% bonus AD instead of 60% AP
  • traps now arm instantly instead of after a 1.1s delay
  • New passive: Asset Forfeiture: When an enemy champion triggers a trap, they lose 20/40/60/80/100 gold and Caitlyn gains 20/40/60/80/100 gold.

E: 90 Caliber Net:

  • magic damage now scales with 80% bonus AD instead of 80% AP
  • enemies hit are now rooted for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2s instead of being slowed by 50%
  • cooldown now 10s at all ranks instead of 18/16/14/12/10
  • base self-knockback distance is now halved, but will scale up equal to 5 x level + 20% bonus AD

R: Ace in the Hole:

  • New Passive: Long arm of the law: Whenever Caitlyn has either of the "On the case" or "Catch me if you can" buffs, Ace in the Hole will deal 250/475/700 physcial damage + 200%AD true damage, instead of 350/475/700 + 200% AD physical damage.

Jinx

Passive: Run n' Gun! In addition to being able to run fast after she gets a kill, she can also right click a target and auto attack it while she moves. She will continue to auto attack this target as long as the effect persists and she stats within range.

        We really liked her resetting capabilities, but we felt it was too similar to Tristana's resetting. So we added this to make it unique. 

Q- Pow Pow now gives her a stack of Shoot Faster! every time she auto attacks a champion 3 times. Each stack of Shoot Faster! gives her a permanent 0.25% base attack speed boost. Also, whenever she gains a stack of Shoot Faster!, she can switch to Fishbones to fire a flurry of rockets at her maximum mini gun attack speed for a few seconds. To compensate, she no longer has any attack speed scaling per level.

        We've heard your feedback about how you guys love 3 stack mechanics and permanent stat bonuses, so we gave her this to make her a late game threat and to give her extra interaction with switching between her guns.

W- When Jinx lands Zap! any nearby teammates and enemies will hear her laugh.

        One thing we really don't like about Jinx is that it is too risky to spam laugh because she has to channel it. This will fix that problem by automatically taunting her enemies and letting her teammates know that she is doing a good job. 

E- Her Flame Chompers! now set bushes on fire when they explode, revealing any non stealthed enemies inside and applying the flame chompers DoT.

         We want Jinx to use her Flame Chompers! to proactively defend herself. This change will seperate the good Jinx's from the great Jinx's by rewarding players who use them to check bushes and prevent ganks. We also felt that her Flame Chompers! weren't flamey enough.

R- Super Mega Death Rocket! can now hit and deal damage to enemy structures to deal 200/300/400 +50%AD

         We felt that her tower melting ability was hindered too much by her attack speed scaling nerf. So we added this change to allow her to push turrets with her Super Mega Death Rocket.
