The dude who has literally no dashes, blinks, gap-closers and got his only mobility spell nerfed to oblivion somehow managed to get to you and destroyed your face.
Of course he's broken, it's totally not the low elo scrubs who can't peel for shit.
Its not just low elo, every division is seeing garen with 50%+ winrates

yeah, those plat+ low elo scrubs who lose to garen. so bad, letting him have a 55% winrate.
Literally every time a Garen would jump onto me, I'd hit him with a Stun while having Rylai's and he'd no longer be able to get to me.
It's not that hard, guys.
I think the True damage ult on the villain is the broken thing. It's like a Darius ult with no stacks required.
Garen does have a dash. His Q gives his next autoattack a 50 unit dash.

I have yet to go against any Garen, they've always been on my team and they do a ton of damage but we are usually ahead so i haven't had the experience to see if he's actually that broken.
When someone can deal 1.5k true damage without truly building anything then its a problem. The only issue Garen has is having his ult skill deal true damage to villains. Other than that he's in a good position.
Maybe if tanks didn't get their armor nerfed and are getting completely melted by ADC's and sated junglers. Garen is too tanky and deals too much damage (Black cleaver, Titanic Hydra and now he does True damage). He is getting nerfed and that is Riots decision. He is overtuned when we all thought he would suck and Darius would be OP.
