Sej is in a really weird spot. Soloq=Sej sucks; pro=Sej is massive priority. Is this a Galio again?

Sej R and Sej's guaranteed E CC have been great in competitive since her rework, but she's disturbingly low-performance in solo queue compared to her priority in competitive after her buffs, and even Sej winrates for high elo onetricks aren't too hot.

Sej is kind of team reliant, sure, but being team reliant alone doesn't get you these kinds of winrates. Kind of lost on what's making the difference here unless it's just that Sej doesn't want to fiesta and solo queue is mega fiesta.
