Ivern W not beginner friendly

Ivern brushes should be mainly utility, not damage. Currently, keeping up your W auto damage during a teamfight requires a lot of micro and skill. This is not a bad thing once mastered, but it makes Ivern much less beginner friendly.

High elo players use positioning and effectively use their spells much more than low elo players, who mostly focus on damage. Here's my idea:

Ivern W does the passive damage all the time, and Ivern only gains the bonus range while in brushes (same as now).

This way, noob players won't lose damage output just because they can't focus on or use brushes effectively, but there is still a high skill cap for high elo players to use the champion to its fullest potential.
