Will you have a permaban champ once 10 bans come around? If so, who and why? If not, why?

YI permaban, no one understands how to use their CC to stop him, and when I CC him they don't understand that they need to burst him

I don't think I will. There isn't a champ that I find too annoying to deal with so I'd rather use it on a champion who I feel is currently really strong or does really well against my champ/ team comp
