Jinx W can crit. That's a 350% AD ratio on her W with IE if it crits.

If Lux's R kills a champion, it grants 30/40/50% cooldown refund. (Which by the way, doesn't state it cannot stack right now with current text.) Her average build and mastery set is 40% CDR. That puts her R at a 15 second cooldown if it kills someone in lategame. If she went 45% CDR, it goes down to 13.75 seconds.

Kassadin is being buffed. The champion that had managed to reach the single highest banrate in League's entire history and got gutted for a good reason.

While these buffs certainly look retarded, I don't think they're fake. I assume the brief period we just had where it seemed like they were finally recognizing how fucking cancerous this game has gotten since the Juggernaut patch and started fixing it was only because they were out of crack for a while.

Now it looks like they either found the item team's stash or received a new shipment.

Edit: the Kat one is most likely a typo...but then again...it depends on how much they snorted before coming into work doesn't it?

To be fair, Kassadin's buffs are fairly minor. The cd change on E doesn't change anything unless people are spamming spells left and right (so it's only an effective buff in tfs) and the 10 percent AP ratio change for the ult isn't much once you consider that Kassadin often uses his ult as a mobility tool (and if he did ult into your face, he shouldn't be able to do it multiple times for the buff to mean much). W change seems more major than the other changes but I have yet to see how that works.

But yea, 15 sec cd on Kat ult at rank 3 is ridiculous. Who needs the passive anymore when ult is up at least 2x per fight?

Lux ult cooldown isn't going to make her op, unless you're a numbskull who doesn't itemize against her kit (qss, mr, like... Cleanse even).

PBE isn't a balancing server. It's just to check for bugs that could crash the game to make sure the Live servers stay up. If a change makes it to PBE then it passed Riot's internal testing and they are seriously considering it as is.

If our collective whining can possibly spare us the utter cancer of changes like these ones, then we all need to keep whining until Riot gets the message.

Pretty sure this is non-comparable. It's such a minor buff. The reason he was overpowered was because of his ult range and silence.

Jinx has a higher winrate than Cait right now while still having a 10% playrate. I guess a winrate over 51% is bad now.

Kassadin is at 49.9% right now.

Lux is also around 49%

It's not like these champs are sitting at 46% or lower in any tier right now.

Maybe they want to push them into LCS play. Bit otherwise it seems like they are just buffing champs that are doing fine.

These champs aren't even bad. They are just not Meta. They don't need fucking buffs.

They worked so much on powercreep the last patches and are about to throw everything away. Is 15 seconds ult cd the new benchmark?

lee sin and syndra should get ultimate resets and lower cds aswell! rank 3 ultimate 30 seconds base cd and refund if they land a kill or assist a kill on the target they hit so they have clear ways to punish mistakes when their ult is on cd like kat and lux will have after this patch hits live! \s

maybe with release of the new lee sin skin.

I can't take you seriously if you think Talon's Q got buffed. It got nerfed. Also, Kassadin was ban worthy because of his silence, which got removed. Now he is just OK. Jinx W change is OK in my opinion. Will have to see how it turns out.

I don't agree with the Lux R change though. That's the only one I DISAGREE with.

Actually jinx does need damage, that's how immobile ADC should be, like Ashe.

You have one less escape then say Lucian Exreal, but more damage to zone playes with

Um, the change right now buffs her lategame which is fine.

The reason Jinx struggles just like almost every other crit ADC is because of their shit early, whereas Lethality ADCs have a much stronger early and just overpower them. Partially due to Lethality being extremely strong still.

I think the Jinx change is fine. Jinx has always been feast or famine, more so than other ADCs. For example, if Ashe gets behind she is still useful with her hawkshot and ult. If Jinx gets behind, then it's pretty much gg for her. She's useless unless you can drag out the game to the point where she has 6 items.

So I think this change is fine, it fits with her feast or famine kit. If Jinx is behind, it doesn't matter if zap can crit because 1) It won't do much damage anyways and 2) She probably wont have the crit items so the chance of zap being a crit will be low.

If Jinx is ahead, it will be doing a crap ton of damage which is what Jinx is supposed to do.

I think there is an argument for toning down the AD ratio now that it can crit, but overall I don't think it's a bad change.

Also, c'mon, if you cant sidestep her zap then you deserve to get hit, crit or no crit.
