Have you ever tried to get close to an adc with Zilean pressing E on you and crippling your movement speed to 112 for exemple. And feels aweful getting outplayed by a ranged point and click that is up as soon as it goes on cooldown? I played morde that match and felt aweful not being able to do anything during a teamfight being crippled down.

's W is basically the same... But with a attack speed slow on top of it and lasts longer.

But Nasus doesn't have a stun, isn't ranked, can't perma slow (40% CDR and mashing W lets you keep 100% uptime on one target), and doesn't have a super powered GA ulti to throw on a teammate.
A good Zilean makes any dashless melee dead weight from the word go, and post 6 he basically removes assassins from the equation.

is suppose to protect his teammates, even from assassins. That is what he is made for.
's W is can be used over and over with max CDR as well once the W wears off.
Super Big Ego2 votesHe's kinda meant to be like the Nasus or Veigar of supports, he scales incredibly well but has an incredibly poor laning phase. He's weakest early, if you can find a way to shut him down then he won't be a problem for most of the game (as he won't be able to afford most of his CDR).

If you are taking Morde bot lane one of the best supports you can have on your team is a Zilean, they synergize amazingly well.
